Description
Sara Masateru (Matsuoka Masahiro), a detective in the Investigation Department of the Metropolitan Police Department, loses his junior detective Saito Kota (A.B.C-Z: Totsuka Shota) in the line of duty while investigating a murder case, and is transferred to the Personnel Department's Inspector Section, which is responsible for investigating police misconduct. Still reeling from the wounds of the past, he is viewed as a traitor and an enemy by his colleagues, and spends his days performing his duties in solitude. Then, a tip-off letter arrives at the Personnel Section. It says Nako Minaguchi (Rika Izumi), a former colleague of Sara from the Investigation Department, has been illegally leaking confidential data. Sara is conflicted about investigating his former colleague, but is ordered by his boss Noma (Toru Nakamura) to inspect the case and begin checking on Minaguchi's activities. As he does so, the connection to an unsolved murder case and the truth behind Saito's death in the line of duty come to light. Includes 6 episodes.
