 Description
Before you lies a single brown envelope. Upon opening it and peering inside, you see several sheets of manuscript paper folded neatly. Suddenly, you feel an urge to read them. This is an entirely new form of literary work, conceived and written by n-buna, the composer behind the lyrics and music for the popular artist Yorushika. Comprising 32 envelopes and approximately 170 sheets of manuscript paper and stationery, this is an unprecedented "experiential literature" where readers physically open envelopes as they experience the story. "Synopsis" "I saw your flyer. If you wouldn't mind, could you please critique my work?" A strange correspondence begins with a single letter, between a boy who writes poetry and a "Teacher" knowledgeable about literature. "You must now find a single grain of amber in an impossibly vast sea of sand." Guided by the teacher's words, the boy begins to understand language and the world. But one day, he notices a faint sense of unease lurking within their letter exchange... Their secret correspondence eventually leads to an unexpected truth. "Teacher, what kind of person are you?" Through the experience of opening each actual envelope and letter, YORUSHIKA-one of Reiwa's defining artists-presents a completely new "epistolary novel."
