Description

"Ura-shain" (undercover employees) are secret operatives who discreetly handle problems that cannot be resolved through official channels. One such operative from Agawa Construction is ordered by the company president to secretly clear out a declining shuttered shopping street for the construction of a new commercial complex. However, rival company Kawabata Construction has also dispatched its own undercover employee with the same mission. As sparks fly in the showdown between these rival agents, their every move somehow earns them the affection of the local residents. Meanwhile, the shopping street is thrown into chaos with the arrival of a hot-blooded man determined to revive it, a mysterious man with a hidden past, and a childhood friend who looks up to both of them.
