Time Differences By Shipping Company

* "Yamato Mail Bin / Post Office Books and Small Parcels" shipments take 1-4 days to arrive after shipping from our office. Please choose "Yamato Takkyubin" if you want to be sure to receive your preordered items on their release dates.
Shipments will arrive after shipping via the following schedule:
*Yamato Takkyubin
Honshu: next day
Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa: Two days after shipping

*Yamato Mail Bin
Honshu: 1-3 days after shipping
Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa: 2-4 days after shipping
-Please allow an additional 1-2 days for shipping during busy periods.

*Post Office Books and Small Parcels
Tohoku, Kinki, Chubu, Hokuriku: 2-4 days after shipping
Hokkaido, Chugoku, Shikoku, Kyushu, Okinawa: 2-5 days after shipping
Elsewhere on Honshu: 1-3 days after shipping
* However, orders may take up to two additional days to deliver during peak season. Additional time may also be needed during Golden Week, Oban, and the New Year.

*About Deliveries to Shipping Companies
The shipping companies do not accept shipments to their offices. Please indicate your own address on the order form.
