Confirming Order Status
You can confirm the shipping status of any item you've ordered by selecting "Customer Services" and then selecting "Order History."
Changing Shipping Time/Day After Ordering
You can change the shipping time and date through us for any order that has not entered the shipping process. However, you will not be able to change the shipping address or payment method. You will also be unable to change shipping time or day for items set to be delivered via "Yamato Mail / Small Parcels."
