Undelivered Orders

If you are not home to accept an order the shipping company will leave a "Fuzai" notice. Please contact the number on the "Fuzai" notice to receive your package.

Orders will automatically be returned to our office in the event that you do not contact the shipping company within seven (7) days. In this case you will be responsible for a re-stocking charge. You will also receive a re-stocking charge if you refuse the package at the time of delivery. We will be unable to accept new orders from customers who have refused delivery of items without notifying us beforehand.
