About Preorders
You can view release dates for each of your orders.
Ÿ"Ships Day Before Release"
We generally ship our initial allotment the day before release date. You should therefore receive your order either the day of release (Honshu) or the day after release (Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa, Outer Island).
Ÿ"Ships 1-4 Days After Release"
The item is part of our regular allotment and will ship within one to four days after release. Therefore, the day you receive your package will be the day it ships from our warehouse plus the time it takes to deliver. It may take additional time to ship your order if you preordered close to a product's release date.
ŸItems Labeled "First Press Available"
You will receive your order from our initial allotment with first press-only bonus items. Products will display "First Press: Sold Out" after the initial allotment is sold out.
About Special Orders
Items may be cancelled from an order if the maker no longer has them in stock. We will notify you by mail if an item is cancelled.
Preordering Items Well Before Release
We genereally are unable to ship items preordered two months before release date with other items. If your order falls under this case, your order will be automatically set to "Ship items as they become available." This will also be the case if you include already released items in the same order as an item preordered two months from release date.
