About Ordering Figures

Additional restrictions are placed on figure preorders. Please confirm these restrictions before proceeding with an order.

- You are unable to order CDs, DVDs or other items beside figures with a figure order. This is because these items may be damaged during shipping.

- If you have preordered a figure more than 30 days in advance, you will be unable to select "Ship all items after they have been released." As a rule, our company will only hold on to figures for one month. Therefore, orders containing both figures preordered over a month in advance and figures ordered less than a month in advance will be split into seperate orders for each release date. Each seperate order will incur its own shipping charges.
