Cancelling, Returning, or Exchanging After You Have Received Your Order
We will only accept returns and exchanges in the following cases.
* Damage (ex. broken case)
* Dirt (the item has been dirtied)
* Incorrect shipment
If you fall under one of these cases, please contact our customer service department at info5@neowing.co.jp within 7 days after receiving your order.
Please include the following information:
* Registered name
* Email address
* Order number
* Name of the item you wish to return
* Reason for returning or exchanging
We will contact you with directions on how to return your order once you have sent us your email. Please do not attempt to return your package until you have contacted us regarding your return.
Returns for defective items (skipping sound, errors in video quality) are generally handled by the product manufacturer.
We can direct you to the service center for the appropriate manufacturer if you contact us at info5@neowing.co.jp.
Please note, people occasionally have difficulty playing back products on computers and game machines. We will not accept returns for items that do not play back on your computer but play on you CD or DVD player.
When you make a return or exchange, we will cover the shipping. However, please remember that we will not be able to accept cancellations or returns for any other reasons other than those listed above.
Return Addresses
Please return your receipt or a copy of your receipt with your order and send the package to the following address using the "pay on delivery" method. We will send you a new copy once we have received your package. In the event that the item you returned is no longer available, we will return your money.
