¡Crossing Orbits
¡Masahiko Sato, Masahiko Togashi, J.F.Jenny-Clark

 Description
[Machine Translation] In September 1990, bassist J.F. "Jenny" Clark, invited by Tokyo Jazz Action, performed for the first time with percussionist Masahiko Togashi and his close friend, pianist Masahiko Sato at a trio live concert at Shinjuku Pit Inn. This performance led the three to form a regular trio. They named it the Mudai (nameless) Trio. The trio subsequently produced two albums in Paris and Matsumoto, and their innovative approach to standard tunes and free improvisations drew attention and left a solid mark on the Japanese jazz scene. Studio Songs released this album in 2012, but it has been out of stock for 13 years and is now being re-released at a reduced price!
