Badbadnotgood has released their long-awaited latest album on "XL Recordings"! This is the fifth album in five years, and features a host of gorgeous guests including Artur Velokai, Kareem Riggins, Terrace Martin, Lalage, and Brandy Younger, a female jazz harpist who has also worked with Moses Sumney and Thundercat, as well as a collaboration with Pharaoh Saunders. The album features nine tracks that focus on the miracles of collaboration and improvised live performance, including "Signal From The Noise," a psychedelic jazz track featuring UK electronic producer Floating Points, who is still fresh in our minds. The album was mixed by Grammy-winning engineer Russell Elevard, who has worked on D'Angelo's immortal masterpiece "Voodoo," Erykah Badu and Common during the Soulquarians era, and more recently on Kamasi Washington and Tom Misch's work. The artwork was created by Alaska-Alaska TM, led by Virgil Abloh, creative director of Louis Vuitton. The Japanese CD version of the album includes an additional bonus track and a commentary. This product will be released on the same day worldwide, so it will be delivered on or after the day of release.
