Description
"The Kid" features another great performance from Bruce Willis who, following "The Sixth Sense," co-stars yet again with a kid with some supernatural elements in this otherwise very sweet and different movie. He plays Russ, a successful 40-ish "image consultant" who is a rude and cynical guy. One night he finds an intruder, who turns out to be Rusty, an 8 year-old kid. Together, they take a journey into Russ's past to find the key moment that has defined who Russ is.... There's a bit of The Twilight Zone in it, and a bit of Ebenezer Scrooge for good measure. Willis, often overlooked as the "action-guy", has a marvelous ability and presence that can give credibility to fantastic plot elements, and this film just proves that.
