Description
DVD release of the sequel to Cannes-selected 2003 hit "Nasu Andalusia no Natsu," "Nasu - Suitcase no Wataridori." This time around the action moves from Spain to Japan as Team Paopao Beer blazes through another race. Film directed, written, and designed by "Spirited Away" adn "Howl's Moving Castle" animation director Kitaro Kosaka, produced by Madhouse, and starring voice artists Yo Oizumi, Koichi Yamadera, and more! On the final day of the Vuelta a Espana, Pepe's teammate Ciocci fixed a mourning badge to himself in memory of his hometown mentor, and hero Marco . . . who had just committed suicide. Pepe remains determined to revere Marco as a a hero, Ciocci begins to feel the weight of the ascetic lifestyle of a racer and considers retirement. With sadness in his breast, Ciocci sets off with Pepe to the Japanese town of Utsunomiya for the Japan Cup. And it was there that they met volunteer Hikaru.
