Description
DVD release of the animation film "Summer Wars" directed by Mamoru Hosoda. The story revolves around a high school student Kenji Koiso who is a mathematical genius. He is asked by senior student Natsuki to help in celebrating her great-grandmother's birthday. He goes with Natsuki to her hometown in Nagano prefecture. Kenji finds out that her great-grandmother Sakae is head of the Jinnouchi clan, a family that dates back to the Muromachi Period. There, the entire 27 family members gethers to celebrate Sakae's birthday. Natsuki suddenly asks Kenji to pretend to be her fiance and he trys to act the part. That night he receives mysterious e-mail with a mathematics code, and he gets lost to break it. The next morning. . . Bonus disc features storyboard (multi-angle), cast commentary, trailer and interview with the director. Includes 16-page booklet and sticker.
