[Machine Translation] This is the 20th anniversary edition of Mothers, a compilation album of all their activities. In addition to the regular band, guests include former members Roy Estrada, Napoleon Murphy, George Duke, Johnny Guitar Watson, and his son Dweezil. Johnny Guitar Watson was one of Zappa's strongest influences. This album is also made up of basic tracks from live recordings, processed in the studio. The Allman Brothers cover, the wonderful chorus of "Closer You Are," and the fun chorus of "Be in My Video," a tongue-in-cheek tribute to Bowie, all convey the relaxed atmosphere of the studio overdubs.
