Description
[Machine Translation] - Celebrating the 55th Anniversary of the Debut of RC Succession and Kiyoshiro Imawano RC Succession and Kiyoshiro Imawano's 55th anniversary - KING OF ROCK, Kiyoshiro Imawano. The live recording of the final day of his last one-man live performance, "Additional Performance for the Complete Revival Festival of Kiyoshiro Imawano," on March 2, 2008 (Sunday) at Kyoto Kaikan Hall No. 1, has been unveiled. On February 10 (Sun.) of the same year, he made a full recovery from his illness at Nippon Budokan, and performed an additional concert on February 24 (Sun.) at Osaka Festival Hall and at Kyoto Kaikan. The Kyoto concert, which featured a different set list than the previous two, was effectively Seishiro's last one-man concert since his cancer had recurred. This time, the live performance was released as a CD on Seishiro's birthday, April 2, with RC Succession's allies, Reichi "CHABO" Nakaido and Kozo Araida, joining in the celebratory mood of the venue, and the additional performance that culminated in unprecedented expectations and eagerness! The 2CD set includes 23 songs from RC Succession and Seishiro's famous songs, "Day Dream Believer" by THE TIMERS, and "Ikenai Rouge Magic," a big hit that was not performed at the Budokan concert. The band's performance on that day, which freely went back and forth between tension and relaxation, is a milestone in Japanese rock history. The stage was captured on camera by Masayoshi Sukita, the master photographer of David Bowie, T. Rex, and Seishiro's "Memphis" album. The artwork, which features Sukita's photographs, completes this rock roll film.
