Description
[Machine Translation] This is a compilation series of music that accompanies our daily life as if we were flipping through a calendar, released in the image of a monthly magazine from April 2007 to March of the following year, with a different theme for each month. The music is supervised and selected by Takashi Horiuchi, who runs Cafe Vivmont Dimanche and is also active as a music writer and recurrence planner. The concept of this album is "July-summer island," and with "summer island" as the keyword, the songs are selected from Jamaican music such as rock steady and roots reggae. It includes many pleasant numbers by leading reggae artists such as Bob Marley & The Wailers and Jimmy Cliff. The result is a tropical album with a cute feel that is different from previous reggae compilations.
