Japanese edition features the high-fidelity SHM-CD format (compatible with standard CD player). The set includes 2 discs featuring the album "The Velvet Underground & Nico (Stereo Version)" and a studio session at Scepter Studio recorded to acetate, and unreleased recording footage from rehearsal at Andy Warhol's Factory in January 1966, These are same contents with DISC 1 and 4 of its Super Deluxe Edition (UICY-75343). Also includes description and lyrics.
