The second volume of this series features 10 masterpieces by Dizzy Gillespie, Cal Jader, Jorge Dalt, Herbie Mann, and more! Recorded live at the Hostos Center for the Arts & Culture in the Bronx in 1995. This is a live recording of a concert dedicated to the late great bandleader/singer Machito. The Machito Orchestra, led by Machito's son Mario Grillo, Dave Valentin, Giovanni Hidalgo, Carlos "Patato" Valdez, and other distinguished members participated in the concert.
