The tapes were selected from Tokyo Kosei Wind Orchestra's vast collection of recordings in good condition and carefully remastered for release. This time, live recordings of the 53rd Regular Concert in December 1993 and the 6th and 7th Concerts from "Wind Soloists", a series of small orchestra concerts held separately from the Regular Concerts, are released on CD.
