[Machine Translation] This is the latest work by Georgian contemporary composer Kancheli. Kancheli, now 72 years old, was awarded the Wolff Prize in Jerusalem last year. The two pieces included in this album are "Inver," a piece about the British village of Inver, a victim of World War II, and "Pointless War," which serves as a complimentary piece to "Inver". Recorded May 23 & 24, 2006 in Amsterdam (Amao Omi), August 2003 in Little Imber, Salisbury.
