Compiles a standard song representing the rhythm mini-game "Karaoke" in the "Ryu ga Gotoku (Yakuza)" series. The song is a ballad number that depicts a woman's sad state of mind as she is unable to forget her ex-lover. The lyrics were written by Sega's Ryosuke Horii, and the music was composed by Mitsuharu Fukuyama. Since its first appearance in "Yakuza 5", the song has been sung by various characters throughout the series and is loved by many fans. This time, side A includes the original song of "Baka Mitai" (Taxi Driver Edition), and side B includes "Baka Mitai - Sadness," which is popular for its acoustic arrangement that allows the listener to listen to the song slowly and carefully. This is the first single of its kind to be released solely on "Baka Mitai."
