Description
[Machine Translation] Manhattan, New York. Stacks, CEO of a cell phone company and a candidate for mayor of New York City, accidentally saves a young girl from being hit by a car during an election campaign. The girl's name is Annie, and she's been living in a shelter run by a tyrannical Hannigan since she was left at a restaurant when she was four years old. 10-year-old Annie has been waiting outside the restaurant every Friday night for her parents, who never come for her. Stacks decides to use Annie's situation for his campaign and takes her in to live with him in the penthouse of a skyscraper.
