Description
A new project is launching from Tribe, a sub-label of Hydeout Productions. Pianist Kose Noriko, known for playing "I Miss You," the original sample for Nujabes' Reflection Eternal, joins forces with Ryow a.k.a. Smooth Current, a resident DJ who helped define Hydeout Productions' golden era. Together, they have started producing music under the name Sonart. By reconstructing Kose Noriko's piano melodies using sampling techniques, Ryow a.k.a. Smooth Current creates a fresh emotional experience. As a result, a newly reimagined version of I Miss You has been completed, forming a counterpart to Reflection Eternal-titled "Paired Reflections."
