Description
[Machine Translation] Chris Wood, bassist of Medeski, Martin & Wood, has formed a new unit with his brother Oliver (G & Vo)! Their debut album is released! Recorded with John Medeski of MMW as producer, 11 of the 12 songs are originals (2 of which were co-written by the brothers, the rest by Oliver). In addition, one traditional gospel cover is included. Oliver sings lead vocals on most of the songs, and Chris sings background vocals. The arrangements are generally simple and bluesy, quite different from those of MMW. The blues influence that his brother Oliver is deeply devoted to can be strongly felt on this album.
