This DVD is the complete live performance at Yokohama Arena on May 23 from their one-man tour "Kaze Densetsu: Get Wet and Get It On TOUR'09", which started at Zepp Nagoya on April 22 and went on for 12 shows at 8 locations throughout Japan, attracting 40,000 people. The DVD is set at Yokohama Arena, which was the venue for Shonan Nofu's first solo show as well as the venue with the largest turnout during the one-man tour that blew in all parts of the country.
