Description
[Machine Translation] New detective duo of Katsumi Takahashi and Nana Eikura is born! Professional vs. professional brain battle! A battle of pride! A new detective duo opens a new chapter in the history of detective dramas! This detective drama is based on the book "Confirmation" (Futabasha) by Satoshi Konno, one of the leading authors of police novel mysteries. The story takes place in the "Keishicho Chousa 3", a division that handles thefts. It is said that 70% of actual criminal crimes are thefts, and most of the criminals are professional thieves. The detectives of the Investigation Section 3, who specialize in professional theft, are the ones who confront these professionals. They are able to detect the tricks of the professionals, and to deduce the motives and intentions of the criminals in order to investigate... This is a world where "knowledge and experience" are the key to solving crimes. While everyone in the investigation department assumes that the investigation is pointless, the main detectives continue to conduct interviews and stakeouts, draw their own outlines of the case, and make deductions that lead them to brilliant solutions to even the most difficult cases, such as murders, which are not the responsibility of the Investigation Section 3. The main characters are two detectives. The veteran theft detective Shuichi Hagio is played by Katsumi Takahashi. Hagio has been a member of the Investigation Section 3 for many years and uses his knowledge and experience to help solve cases. Hagio's partner in crime is another main character, Takeda Akiho, played by Eikura Nana. The passionate and talented Takeda, who had hoped to work in the "flowery" Investigation Section 1, grows as Hagio's partner and junior colleague as she strives to apply his knowledge and experience to her own. Other cast members include Bananaman's Osamu Shitara as an Investigation Section 1 detective and Takuzo Kadono as the Chief of Investigation Section 1. Eleven episodes are included in the series.
