Description
[Machine Translation] Cheburashka", the first new film in 27 years, was released nationwide in December 2010. A special DVD containing the Russian version, which was shown only in some theaters, is now on sale! --In an orange wooden box was a small creature with big ears that had come all the way from the far south. It was neither a monkey nor a bear.... The owner of a fruit shop names him "Cheburashka" ("Cheburashka the Batter") because he falls down as soon as he is woken up. Cheburashka was not accepted at the zoo, so he made a telephone booth in a corner of the city his sleeping place. One day, Cheburashka sees a poster written by Gena, a lonely crocodile, asking for a friend, and decides to visit his home. The two kind-hearted friends soon become friends and continue to make friends. This is a heartwarming story of Cheburashka and Gena as they meet many friends.
