Description
DVD release of the film "Teacher and Stray Cat (Sensei to Mayoi Neko)" starring Issey Ogata. Also appears Shota Sometani, Kii Kitano, and more great cast. Plot: Kyoichi Morii is a former principal of a school. He lives alone now after the death of his wife. He is an opinionated bigot, so he is the odd one out in his neighborhood. Only visitor is a stray cat, Mii, which his wife liked to feed. Kyoichi doesn't like Mii coming around his house and sitting in front of the Buddhist altar for his wife. One day, Mii suddenly stops appearing at Kyoichi's house. Kyoichi begins to worry about Mii and tries to find the cat. While searching for the cat, he discovers that there are other people also looking for Mii.
