Miraculously, Ronnie is uninjured, but the accident leads to a confrontation with the corrupt sponsor Phil Adamson, and he is permanently banned from the racing world. Out of desperation, Ronnie and his team try to recover their beloved car and race again, but a terrible trap is set...
