Description
Romance film directed by Shunji Iwai of "Love Letter" and "April Story" comes out on Blu-ray. Stars Takako Matsu. Also features Suzu Hirose, Hideaki Anno, Ryunosuke Kamiki, Masaharu Fukuyama, Miho Nakayama, Etsushi Toyokawa and more as cast members. Deluxe edition comes with a bonus disc featuring making-of, event footage collection, a music video for the main theme song, "Kaeru no uta" specially edited by Shunji iwai, and talk session. Plot: Yuri attends her sister Misaki's funeral. There, she meets her niece Ayumi. Ayumi tells Yuri about a letter to Ayumi left behind by Misaki as well as an information about Misaki's class reunion. Yuri attends her sister's reunion to inform Misaki's old classmates about her death. There, Yuri meets her first love, Kyoshiro Otosaka, who mistakenly believes Yuri is Misaki. Kyoshiro, and the two start exchanging letters...
