Based on the 51st Shogakukan Manga Award-winning manga by Kaiji Kawaguchi (serialized in Big Comic since 2003), the film depicts Japan after the Great East Japan Earthquake. This DVD contains the first four volumes of the comic, from the earthquake to the Taiwanese version, in two episodes, the upper and lower parts. This is the second part, "Borderlands". Animation setting materials and gorgeous liner notes are included.
