[Machine Translation] The long-awaited film version of the popular work by Kaiji Kawaguchi ("Armada of Silence" and "Zipangu")! This animation masterpiece, a realistic simulation of Japan in the near future and presented on a grand scale, is now available on DVD! Based on the 51st Shogakukan Manga Award-winning manga by Kaiji Kawaguchi (serialized in Big Comic since 2003), the film depicts Japan after the Great East Japan Earthquake. This DVD contains the first four volumes of the comic, from the earthquake to the Taiwanese version, in two episodes, the first part "Kaikyo" and the second part "Kaikyo". This is the first part "Kaikyo". A storyboard booklet is included.
