Description
Blu-ray reissue from the film "Mushishi" directed by Katsuhiro Otomo (the director of anime feature "AKIRA".) Based on Japanese top selling manga and anime series of the same name. Set in Japan 100 years ago from this time. A mysterious entity, neither spirit nor ghost, but known by the name "mushi" cause a number of unexplainable natural phenemona--even sometimes attaching themselves to humans. Those who understand the "mushi," and cure people attached by mushi at their will are known as the "Mushishi" . . .
