OVA based on the premise of the popular Manga running in Shueisha Publishing's "Ultra Jump" magazine, its actually a spin-off story of the Manga. It took the studio 3 years in the planning and 2 years in the making of this show. For an OVA, the budget was unprecedentedly high too.
