[Machine Translation] The long-awaited debut album by Megumi Tsuchiya ( Megumi Tsuchiya/Meme ), an accordionist active in a wide range of genres from classical to Jazz and Pop, is the follow-up to her classical duo MeiM for Steelpan Records. This album, composed entirely of original compositions, is a solo debut that showcases the charm of the button accordion as well as her unique compositional abilities. The recording members are: Kojiro Tokunaga, younger brother of the famous flamenco guitar duo Tokunaga Brothers; Yutaka Takeyama, a master of the cajon on percussion; Atsushi Abe on piano; Kento Takasugi on contra bass; Masato Mamoru on drums; and the Chaka Strings Quartet led by world-famous violinist Sayaka Quartet (Chaka Strings Quartet) led by world-renowned violinist Sayaka, and shinobue player Masahiro Oda. Sound production is by Nori Shiota ( Steelpan Records ) and mastering by Jett Galindo ( The Bakery ).
