[Machine Translation] This is his eighth studio album in four years since 2013's Tierra. While the last album was an ambitious work recorded in London with Guy Fletcher (ex-Dire Straits) as producer, this album is the most flamenco back to its roots in his 25-year career. All nine songs on this album are new compositions written by Vicente and recorded in Cordoba, Andalusia, the home of flamenco, with musicians from the region. Many of Spain's leading artists also participated in the recording. In particular, "Requiem," which closes the album, is a tribute to Paco de Lucia, one of Spain's most famous guitarists, and features such great singers as Nina Pastori, Arcangel, Miguel Poveda, Rafael de Utrera, and Pedro El Granaino.
