The Tanner family lives in the suburbs of California and Alf, a space creature, becomes their houseguest in this popular comedy that depicts the uproar of the Tanner family with laughter and tears. One peaceful night, a spaceship suddenly falls out of the sky. Inside is a hairy alien named Gordon Shumway, a.k.a. Alf. Alf, who has no special abilities, causes minor problems such as trying to eat their pet cat and exploding a turkey in the microwave, but he is a nuisance to the happy-go-lucky Tanner family.
