Description
[Machine Translation] Guitarist Paniyolo's first album in three years, "Tama no Koto", has been released on SCHOLE. This is the first full-length original album by Paniyolo since "I'm home (2009)" and "Hitotema (2012)", and features guest guitarist Daishi Nakamura (momo Tsubaki*, tricolor, etc.), aka annie, who has supported Paniyolo's live activities since the release of the cover album "Christmas Album" in 2012. *, tricolor, etc.) as a guest guitarist, and the recording took place at "guzuri recording house," a wooden cafe and studio in Iruma, Saitama. The recording at guzuri, which is a studio with a lived-in feel, has resulted in a work that brings a warmth that gently and quietly echoes right alongside the listener, encompassing the sounds of creaking buildings, rain, trees swaying in the wind, oil stoves quietly burning, the rustling of clothing, and even the breathing of the musicians as they play. Among the songs on the album are "Rain" and "Kurashi" in simpler arrangements as reprises from the first album "I'm Home," as well as a cover of Bob Marley's classic "Redemption Song. The heartwarming melodies and performances, played quietly on soft acoustic guitar, will warm your heart and blend into anyone's life. Recording, mixing, and mastering were done by engineer/keyboardist Suguru Oba. The special edition box is filled with music carefully spun by Paniyolo to evoke the warm feelings that come over you when you give a present to someone special or when you receive and open a gift. Shin Kikuchi of SCHOLE created all the artwork, including the photographs and designs enclosed in the box.
