Description
[Machine Translation] This is a performance work created and presented during a residency in Maubeuge, France in 1997. The blurring of the boundary between life and death, which we paradoxically face today due to the acceleration of media technology, and the violence surrounding it, are presented in this artistic work by Shiro Takatani (video) and Ryoji Ikeda (music) with performers based on minimal pulsed light and sound, and sharp digital noise. This is a DVD version of the video released at Eurospace. Selected in the Art Division of the Japan Media Arts Festival. Carbon offset DVD. Repackaged.
