"Le Pollen" is a masterpiece that determined the bond between Pierre Barouh and Japan. This monumental album (released in September 1982) was produced by Naoki Tachikawa, a musician who went to Paris in 1982 to make an offer to Pierre Baroux, who invited him to Japan and brought together about 20 Japanese artists who were avid fans of Pierre & Sarava. Participating artists included Yukihiro Takahashi, Ryuichi Sakamoto, Yasuaki Shimizu, and Keiichi Suzuki. The album is known as an album that continues to influence not only Pierre Boulud's career but also the Japanese music scene. On October 15 1982, the month following the recording of this album, Pierre Barouh's first concert was held at the Shiba Yubin Chokin Hall, produced by Naoki Tachikawa and featuring the recording members. This product features the concert. Mastering was done by Seigen Ono, using DSD mastering from 1/4 tapes.
