Copies of the master tapes have been digitized along with the composer's complete works, now archived at the University of Leeds. Jones personally reassembled and remastered the audio at Abbey Road for this special presentation. Mastered under the composer's own supervision and approval, the release includes a wealth of previously unreleased music in a new, expanded soundtrack spread over two discs, with the original recordings on disc 3. 32 pages of lavish liner notes are included.
