¡Ginga Tetsudo no Chichi
¡Original Soundtrack (Music by Shogo Kaida)

 Description
[Machine Translation] Kenji Miyazawa is still loved around the world for his one-of-a-kind poems and stories. However, he died at the young age of 37, remaining an unknown writer during his lifetime. Even after his death, his family continued to believe in his talent and continued to send his works to the world without giving up, which is why they have come to be highly acclaimed. The Naoki Prize-winning novelist Keiki Kadoi's "Father of the Ginga Tetsudo (The Galactic Railroad)," featuring Kenji Miyazawa's father, Masajiro, as the main character, has been adapted to a film by Izuru Narushima, director of "The Cicada of the Eighth Day" and "Inochi no Tokuba (The Lost Train Station)," with Koji Yakusho in the lead role. The music is by Shogo Kaida, winner of the 42nd Japan Academy Prize for Best Music for "KITANO NO SAKURAMORI". The fantastic strings and ensemble music will move your heart. The CD also includes a bonus track, "Hoshi-Meguri no Uta (Song of the Starlight)," sung by Kenji Miyazawa, played by Masaki Sugata, and the people of Hanamaki.
