Description
Based on the manga serial by the legendary Osamu Tezuka that ran in Weekly Shonen Magazine from 1974 through 1978. Through the adventures of our troubled 3-eyed hero, Tezuka tells tales full of ancient civilizations such as the Incas and the Easter Island, with secrets of mysterious ruins like the stone circles. The original manga is rather off the wall, bu this anime based on it has more of Tezuka's trademark essence such as sci-fi, sense-of-wonder elements from his other works, so it may serve as a good introductoin for children who may be seeing his work for the first time. Contains episodes 1 through 24. A booklet expected.
