Description
Based on Riyoko Ikeda's ("The Rose of Versailles/Lady Oscar") Manga serial in Weekly Margaret magazine, published from 1974 for a span of 28 issues. Produced and directed by the team of Osamu Dezaki and Akio Sugino. This series marked the first anime show from Tezuka Productions not based on the work of Osamu Tezuka. The boxed set contains episodes 27 through 39. A special booklet expected.
