Description
In this second sequel to the hit spoof, Frank Drebbin (Leslie Nielsen) is persuaded out of retirement to go undercover in a state prison to find out what top terrorist, Rocco (Fred Ward) is planning. A host of celebrities at the Academy awards ceremony are humiliated by Drebbin as he blunders his way (posing as Phil Donahue!)
