Description
A pretty good thriller in the mold of The Fugitive and US Marshalls, and in fact Tommy Lee Jones' character here is so similar to his Sam Gerard role that they could have just made it another Fugitive sequel to make it simpler, with Ashley Judd taking over the Harrison Ford/Wesley Snipes role. With a tight script (albeit quite derivative), and a good cast that includes Bruce Greenwood and Annabeth Gish, and a competent direction by Driving Miss Daisy's Bruce Beresford, the film couldn't have gone wrong, and it didn't.
