Description
Blu-ray release from TV series "Segodon (NHK Taiga Drama)" includes 12 episodes. Based on the novel by Mariko Hayashi, and the script is written by Miho Nakazono of "Doctor X." Comes with a bonus disc, a booklet, and a leaflet (chart). The bonus disc includes lots of contents such as textless intro, making-of, press conference, talkes, and more. The drama follows the life of a historical figure at the end of the samurai period, Takamori Saigo (played by Ryohei Suzuki), who was born in Kagoshima Prefecture and became the central figure of the Meiji Restoration.
