Description
Blu-ray release from the theatrical anime "Oblivion Island: Haruka and the Magic Mirror" derected by Shinsuke Sato ("GANTZ") and animated by Production I.G. A high school girl Haruka, who had been separated from her mother as a small child, had a somewhat strained relationship with her father, who was away from home most of the time. On her way to visit her grandmother in her attempt to escape from the stresses of daily life, she comes upon a curious sight at the shrine, where she had played at in her childhood. A small fox was carrying a toy rubber-band plane somewhere. Haruka thrusts into a forest to follow the fox and fall into a mysterious puddle, which is a entrance of a wonder world. . . Includes a bonus disc with a storyboard, greetings, character designs, trailers, and event footage: Haruka Ayase in Fushimi Inari-taisha, Haruka Ayase in a Gunkan Jima, greetings, and more. Also includes a 100-page booklet with the settings (details subject to change).
