Description
First DVD release from the anime seires "Shion no Oh"! Her parents stolen from her in a tragic murder case, Shion's voice has been seeled away through the work of the murderers. Her only method of comfort in this world is the game of Japanese chess . . . as though pulled by the threads of fate, Shion navigates her pieces towards the future. When she becomes one of the top players in the world, Shion must now face her fate and the loss of her parents for if she can go through this there will be light in the future. From the depths of despaire Shion ponders, why were her parents killed, why did she survive, and finally, why can't she talk. Includes episode 1.
